Customer policy
Terms of Service
Effective July 31, 2026 · Version 1.0
These Terms govern requests for and use of the SignalWorks Agency Prospect Pilot. SignalWorks is a service operated by Income Shield Labs, LLC. By submitting a request, you acknowledge these Terms and represent that you are authorized to act for the named agency or business. Submission is not a purchase and does not require SignalWorks to accept the request.
Request, acceptance, and scope
SignalWorks reviews each request for fit and capacity. If accepted, we confirm the scope before requesting payment. The $149 one-time founding pilot covers one niche and one metro: five public websites screened, three evidence-qualified prospects, one agency-ready sales deck, an evidence appendix, outreach angles, and one bounded revision. Territory exclusivity is not included.
Target delivery is within 48 hours after acceptance, scope confirmation, and verified payment. This is a service target, not an absolute guarantee. The customer must provide accurate contact and scope information and respond reasonably to clarification requests.
Nature of the service
The pilot is a bounded, manually reviewed, public-source research and sales-enablement service. Evidence qualification means that a prospect supports a responsible evidence-linked sales conversation; it does not establish purchase intent. Missing public evidence does not prove a capability is absent, browser compatibility does not prove AI recommendation, and public observations are not security vulnerabilities.
SignalWorks does not guarantee replies, meetings, conversions, rankings, recommendations, revenue, or other business outcomes. The service is not legal, financial, cybersecurity, or investment advice and does not include private account access, vulnerability testing, merchant transaction execution, automated outreach, or territory exclusivity.
Acceptable use
You must use the deliverables lawfully and responsibly. You may not use them to harass, deceive, impersonate, make unsupported claims, violate privacy or anti-spam laws, gain unauthorized access, or characterize bounded observations as proven vulnerabilities or guaranteed facts.
Ownership and customer license
SignalWorks retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates, systems, and general know-how. After full payment, the customer may use, modify, brand, present, and internally distribute the delivered deck and research for its own agency sales and business-development activities and may share relevant prospect-specific portions during lawful outreach.
The customer may not resell the unchanged SignalWorks report as a standalone database or misrepresent SignalWorks observations as guaranteed facts. Public-source materials and third-party names and trademarks remain subject to their respective owners’ rights.
Confidentiality and third parties
Customers should provide only the information needed to scope the service. SignalWorks will use non-public customer information for service delivery and operations, subject to the Privacy Policy. The service may reference or link to third-party websites; SignalWorks does not control their availability, accuracy, security, or conduct.
Cancellation, suspension, and refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility is governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy. SignalWorks may reject, pause, or cancel work where scope cannot be confirmed, payment is not verified, a request creates legal or safety concerns, the customer violates these Terms, or fulfillment becomes impracticable. Where SignalWorks cannot deliver the agreed materials, the refund policy applies.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service and deliverables are provided using reasonable professional care, based on bounded observations available at the time. Except where prohibited by law, SignalWorks disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or decisions made from third-party website content. To the extent permitted by law, aggregate liability relating to a pilot will not exceed the amount actually paid for that pilot. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes must be brought in State or federal courts of competent jurisdiction serving Anne Arundel County, Maryland, subject to any legally required consumer protections.
Changes
We may revise these Terms for future requests. The version effective when a request is submitted will govern that request unless the parties agree otherwise or law requires another result.
