Privacy Policy

Effective July 31, 2026 · Version 1.0

This Privacy Policy explains how SignalWorks, a service operated by Income Shield Labs, LLC, handles information in connection with the SignalWorks Agency Prospect Pilot.

Information we handle

Information submitted by customers

The pilot-request form may collect an agency or company name, contact name, business email, agency website, service niche, metro or territory, project notes, and acknowledgement of the request terms. Please do not submit credentials, payment-card data, private prospect records, or sensitive customer information.

Technical and security records

We necessarily process limited request and connection information to enforce same-origin submission rules, rate limits, duplicate prevention, abuse controls, and service security. Duplicate and rate controls use one-way hashes where implemented. Operational logs are designed not to include raw request contents.

Public website evidence

During fulfillment, SignalWorks reviews publicly accessible website content and technical signals about prospective businesses. Public-source evidence about a prospective business is a different category from private contact and scope information submitted by the SignalWorks customer.

Payments

SignalWorks does not currently collect payment-card details directly. If payment processing is introduced, a payment provider such as Stripe may collect and process payment details under its own privacy terms. SignalWorks may retain transaction references and the records needed for accounting, tax, refunds, disputes, and fraud prevention.

How information is used

We use information to evaluate and respond to requests, confirm scope and capacity, prepare and deliver the agreed materials, communicate about service and support, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain operational records, improve the service, and comply with legal obligations.

Disclosure

Information may be provided to infrastructure, communications, professional-adviser, and future payment service providers only as reasonably needed to operate the service. We may also disclose information when required by law; to protect customers, the service, or others; to investigate fraud or security incidents; or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of business assets subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention

Automated deletion is not yet implemented for all records. These periods therefore require an operational review and deletion process; they are not a claim that every backup or record is deleted automatically.

Security and processing location

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Information is processed in the United States and may be handled by service providers operating in other locations subject to their safeguards and applicable law.

Your privacy requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your request by emailing support@signalworks.runonauto.co. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where required for legal, accounting, security, or dispute purposes.

Children

The service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The published version and effective date will identify the policy that applies.
